Cassie's Birthday Presents

I'm so, so excited about Cassie's b-day presents. She is getting quite a few from us this year...partially because Momma went nuts and partially because my dad paid for 2 of them when we were at the store. He made me put them in with his purchases. Therefore, I had more allowance to spend on her! :)

The first thing that I got her was a package of glow-in-the-dark stars. She LOVES the ones in my old bedroom at my parents' house, so I got some for her. I know she'll love them.

Secondly, I got a huge floor coloring book with new colors for her. It is all of her favorite characters from Nick Jr.

She is getting a table and chairs from Mark's parents, so I got her a teaset. Every little girl has to have a teaset, right?

She is getting a set of balls that has a basketball, a football, and a soccerball.

THEN, the thing that I'm most excited about...is this:

It's the Play Town Family House. I know that this is a lot of presents, but last year, we got her like 2-3 outfits and that was all we could afford. SO, I'm kinda making up for that (not that she knows) and kinda just excited about how excited she is about her "pawty" AKA party. So, there you have it. Cassie's presents from Momma and Daddy. YAY for birthdays!

Fun stuff!! It's incredible how little kid toys can get parents so excited. It's easy to get out of control with all of the options out there. I was just looking at play houses earlier and thinking it will be fun when we get to start buying those sort of things for our Little Miss!

When is Cassie's actual birthday? Mine was the 5th. I need to think about getting my niece a tea set. YES, every little girl should have one. I just didn't want mine to be pink. Mine was Tupperware, so it was bright yellow, and brown, and whatever other colors were popular at the time. It was more of a summer punch set than a tea set... but YES, every girl should know how to hostess a tea party. :-)

whoa...I read that comment from "bek" and thought to myself "How on earth do I not remember leaving that comment?" I was thinking of changing my nickname, but you already have a "Rebekah" commenting on your blog, so I can't change it to that. And here I thought Rebekah was spelled so different that no one else would spell it just like me! Maybe I'll sign me name "Beka P" It sounds like I'm either a gangsta or I have to pee.

I wanted to comment on the cute toys!!! Isn't birthday shopping fun?! I'm most excited to see what she thinks of those glow-in-the-dark stars. I bet she'll be dazzled by them for a while!

Let's hope little ornery Conrey can stay in momma's belly until AFTER the party!!

Yeah, I have 2 good friends named "Rebekah." The 1st 'Bek' on this commenting is the one that commented as "Rebekah," so whatever...I can usually tell who is who. :) The 1st one has been one of my best friends since 1st grade. Let's just be glad she doesn't have all-out access to post anything she wants on here...she could tell some stories!!! In fact, aside from my cousins, she probably knows me the best of anyone. YIKES! :)

Anyway, no worries Bek P... :) You can comment as whomever you'd like and I'll figure it out. :) See you tomorrow? :) YAY!
